The operational and financial management of the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation is highly professional due to the confirmed competencies of its members which include representatives from both the public and private sectors. This varied group with its wide scope of competencies and networks is a guarantee of independence for donors, beneficiaries and financial organisations.
Foundation Board
The Board of the Foundation meets regularly to decides on general and strategic matters.

A member will be elected shortly to replace the departure of a member at the end of last year.
For each fund
Each shelter fund is managed by a specific management committee composed of the donor(s) or one of his representatives, at least one member of the Foundation board and external experts.
Operational support
Board members carry out part of the operations. For supplementary operation support and the development of the Foundation, wise partnership offers the support of one of its staff member, Ariane Wismer.
