Xavier verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 20 Jahre Erfahrung in verschiedenen F\u00fchrungspositionen bei ABN AMRO Bank und Trust in Luxemburg, Genf und Jersey, bevor er 2005 zu Investec Trust stiess \u2013 zuerst als Generaldirektor des Genfer B\u00fcros und dann ab 2009 als CEO.<\/p>\n<p>Xavier stammt aus Belgien und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Jura-Diplom der Katholischen Universit\u00e4t Leuven. Er war der erste Vizepr\u00e4sident der Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC) und \u00fcber viele Jahre im Vorstand aktiv. Er ist auch Mitglied der Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
