{"id":6221,"date":"2018-11-16T09:24:39","date_gmt":"2018-11-16T08:24:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.swissphilanthropy.ch\/2018\/11\/16\/master-class-2018-succes-pour-la-6e-edition-de-la-formation-continue-en-gestion-des-fondations\/"},"modified":"2018-11-16T15:56:57","modified_gmt":"2018-11-16T14:56:57","slug":"master-class-2018-succes-pour-la-6e-edition-de-la-formation-continue-en-gestion-des-fondations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.swissphilanthropy.ch\/en\/2018\/11\/16\/master-class-2018-succes-pour-la-6e-edition-de-la-formation-continue-en-gestion-des-fondations\/","title":{"rendered":"Master Class 2018 : Success of the 6th edition of the intensive course in Foundation Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Organized by Swiss Philanthropy Foundation in partnership with the Center for Philanthropy Studies of Basel (CEPS), in association for the first time with the Centre in philanthropy of Geneva University (UNIGE), the training in foundation management, renamed Master Class, took place from 12 to 14 November 2018 in Geneva, and brought together 24 participants.<\/p>\n<p>Sonia Perrenoud, coordinator of the project,<span style=\"color: #c84251;\"> confirms the enthusiasm of the participants and the pragmatism of the speakers<\/span>, while underlining the<span style=\"color: #c84251;\"> complementarity<\/span> of the attendees, balanced between foundations representative and professionals of the financial and legal sector.\u00a0The diversity of profiles and the implication of each permitted an excellent <span style=\"color: #c84251;\">collective dynamic<\/span>, allowing constructive and testimonies, <span style=\"color: #c84251;\">exchanges and synergies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The two days courses based on <span style=\"color: #c84251;\">experts&#8217; intervention in philanthropy<\/span>, in domains as varied as complementary, from <span style=\"color: #c84251;\">governance<\/span> and<span style=\"color: #c84251;\"> law on foundations<\/span> to the<span style=\"color: #c84251;\"> impact issues and challenges<\/span>, but also the current trends in philanthropy and the <span style=\"color: #c84251;\">rise of &#8220;NextGen&#8221;<\/span>.
