We are delighted to learn that the Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund – powered by the United Nations Foundation and Swiss Philanthropy Foundation from March 2020 to March 2021 – was nominated as winner in the Philanthropy Communication category at the Corporate Social Responsibility & Diversity Awards presented 2021 by PR News, and was also honourably mentioned in the Shoestring Budget category.
We would like to express our gratitude to the CSR & Diversity Awards for these awards, and to the United Nations Foundation for its work in raising awareness and telling the story of this solidarity fund through various global media platforms. This was despite the sudden onset of the pandemic making it impossible to allocate budgets to paid media or advertising.
