Are you intrigued by careers in philanthropy and eager to grow within a committed team? Do you want to align your professional journey with your personal interests?

Swiss Philanthropy Foundation and WISE Philanthropy Advisors have partnered to create the Young Talent Program (YTP), offering recent graduates with little or no professional experience the opportunity to acquire practical skills and deepen their knowledge of the philanthropic sector through a Junior Project Coordinator position within their organizations.

This 12-month program, from August 2025 to September 2026, is intended for Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates who wish to grow both personally and professionally within dynamic and entrepreneurial structures. The Young Talent Program provides hands-on experience and skill-building within two leading organizations in the field of philanthropy.
