As Director, you lead the management of the Foundation. The role requires leadership skills and rigorous operational management, aligned with the mission and focused on serving donors and clients. You ensure the proper functioning and development of the Foundation by motivating teams and establishing procedures to support all missions under the oversight and supervision of the Foundation Board.
You identify needs, define the financial framework, and collaborate with the Foundation Board to develop strategic development goals, while ensuring their implementation. You support the existing teams by nurturing the potential of each individual, always in line with the mission. You are responsible for the Foundation’s reputation and quality of service. You promote the development of an internal culture that is collaborative, respectful, and conscientious.
